Please indicate at the reception (or when making your reservation) if you need special laundry.

We invite you every day to stay at our bar opening 24 houres.

Bathrobe and slippers

You are welcome to request a bathrobe at the reception.

Bike rental

Would you like to go on an excursion by bike? We will gladly rent modern bicycles free of charge. The use of the bikes is expressly at your own risk. Please ask for them at the reception.

Breakfast

A delicious breakfast buffet awaits you in the restaurant area daily from 6:15 am to 10:00 am.

Escape routes

There is a plan of the escape routes in case of fire on each room door. Please look carefully at the escape routes. Never use one of the lifts in the event of an accident. Internal emergency number: 102.

There is a small fruit basket next to reception, please help yourself.

Forgotten toothbrush

We will be happy to keep various hygiene articles ready for you at reception.

Gym

The fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor (room 281). Here you can train on various weight training machines. Opening hours: 8:30am to 9:00pm.

Internet

Our free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. A ticket with username and password is available at the reception. If you need help with the in-house information technology, please call reception (102).

Ironing

We also provide an ironing board with a flat iron in your wardrobe.

Limousine service Ludwig

He will drive you to any other destination outside Giengen. Advance booking required.

Luggage

We gladly help you with your luggage. Please ask the reception.

Massage

We will make an appointment for you with one of our therapists.

For your appointment requests, please register at least 24 hours in advance at the reception.

Minibar

All rooms are equipped with a filled minibar. The mineral water in your room is for your free enjoyment. We will also be happy to bring the drink of your choice to your room! You can reach us by dialling extension 107. You can also order your drinks personally at the bar at cost price according to the room drinks list and take them to your room.

Money and valuables

For insurance reasons, we kindly ask you not to leave any valuables, jewellery or money open in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held liable for lost valuables in your room. Please always leave your valuables in the room safe or in the safe at reception.

Newspapers

A free selection of current daily newspapers and various magazines is available for you in the foyer.

Non-smoking room

We kindly ask you not to smoke in these rooms. Your next tenants and we will thank you.

In case of violation we take the liberty to charge a fee of € 100,00!

Parking space

The parking spaces in front of our house are available to you free of charge during your stay. (No liability is assumed!)

Pets

Pets are allowed with us by prior arrangement. We take the liberty of charging a fee of € 10.00 per pet and per day. However, your pets are not allowed in our restaurant for hygienic reasons.

We are rated 4 stars according to the German Hotel Classification and are happy to maintain these standards.

However, should a service not be to your satisfaction, please notify the reception.

Breakfast buffet    Monday-Sunday     06:15 to 10:00 am

Dinner                    Monday-Sunday     6:30 to 10:00 pm

Room service

from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm you can order drinks and food at the bar or reception (102).

Sauna

The use of the sauna on the ground floor is free of charge after registration. Please let the reception know half an hour in advance so that the sauna can be heated.

A shoe shine machine is available for you on the ground floor.

Shuttle Service

Would you like to go to the Giengen train station? To make your arrival and departure easier, the Lobinger family provides its own shuttle service for short journeys in Giengen, i.e. to and from the station, on request and subject to availability (at least 24h advance booking required).
